Hi I'm Ray,
Today 1 in 4 young people suffer from a mental illness.
These young people exist around us. For many, we are not aware they even have an issue.
Mental health and depression have a stigma, and this must end.
Join me in supporting beyondblue and the work they do around mental health, depression and social issues.
beyondblue support millions of Australians, each year not only by raising awareness of mental health but by also going out to communities and speaking to people about how they're feeling and getting them active.
